Our plan is designed to prioritize the health and safety of our employees and their families

We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and their families as we chart our safe and productive return to the workplace. This page contains the latest updates on our return-to-work plan, along with the most recent guidelines for current and prospective employees.

Return-to-Work/Site Re-Opening Timeline

As we are seeing a dramatic improvement in health data at almost all of our site locations we are excited to share that on May 16, 2022, we will return to our workplaces and begin the transition to our new hybrid way of working. Our hybrid way of working balances flexibility and productivity with the connectedness and innovation created through collaboration and in-person interactions so critical to our culture. Our teams are empowered to determine the hybrid work approach that best enables them to deliver for our customers. Once we fully transition to the hybrid way of working, teams may average 2-3 days per week onsite. This return to the workplace date applies to employees at most of our sites, with a couple of exceptions for sites where the health data criteria have not yet been met.

Vaccination Requirements

We have made the decision to require everyone coming into our offices, or conducting in-person business activities, to be fully vaccinated, unless prohibited by applicable law. We will also ask for proof of vaccination. This requirement will apply to all offices except where local restrictions apply.

Qualified applicants who would like to request an accommodation (exception) on the basis of a qualifying medical condition/disability or sincerely-held religious belief should contact [email protected].
