Unlocking our synergies to power growth, value and prosperity

Intuit's mission is to power prosperity around the world. To do that, we're always looking for opportunities to partner with suppliers who believe in our mission and share our values. Our suppliers are customer obsessed and have a passion for innovation. They champion diversity and inclusion, and they are stewards of the environment and communities around them. Together, we deliver the benefits that matter most to our customers.

Supplier Management

Growth and Innovation

We’re modernizing the way suppliers engage and transact with us. Over the next year, suppliers will continue to hear more about how we’re improving the procure-to-pay process with the Coupa Supplier Portal. This central online portal will help suppliers receive purchase orders, submit invoices, track payment status and communicate with Intuit. Supplier risk assessments, including operational, compliance, and security and privacy, will continue to be managed in Aravo.

Supplier Diversity

We are committed to increasing the diversity of our supplier base, and helping our suppliers advance diversity, equity and inclusion within their own organizations. Embracing the broadest possible array of suppliers creates a more inclusive corporate environment. It also strengthens vital relationships with the broad range of customers and communities we serve.

With that in mind, we maximize procurement opportunities for businesses certified by an approved agency as being at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and operated by one or more members of a diverse group (e.g., Black, Latinx, Asian, Native American, Women, Veterans/Disabled Veterans, and LGBT). There are four agencies that certify this status:

  • National Minority Supplier Development Council
  • Women’s Business Enterprise National Council
  • National Veterans Owned Business Association
  • National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce

Supplier Sustainability

At Intuit, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. Delivering on that mission in ways that go beyond our products and services is vitally important. Our Corporate Responsibility strategy is distinctly focused on making an impact and positively scaling that impact across three categories: job creation and job readiness, climate, and diversity and inclusion. To have an even larger impact on the world, we ask all our suppliers to join us by adopting our Supplier Responsibility Policy.
